We hope that everyone is satisfied with our service.  If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.  To do so, we must adhere to the following conditions.

• Returns for purchases made during the month of October must be postmarked by October 25th.
  
  
• All merchandise must be returned in an unused condition.
  
  
• The following items may only be returned if unopened and in the original sealed package: beards, eyebrows, eyelashes, socks, stockings, teeth and wigs.
  
  
• All refunds are for the purchase price less shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping packages to our warehouse and will not be reimbursed for shipping charges to their home or from our warehouse, unless we have made a mistake.
  
  
• All returns must be postmarked within 10 business days from the date that your package was received.
  
  
• All returns must use delivery confirmation to ensure that the package arrives safely at our warehouse.
  
  
• Any return without the original packaging or with missing items will not receive a full refund.
